Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Cookies are small pieces of information kept by your browser. The cookies below remember your cookie choice and currency, and briefly confirm a Notify me request. With your permission, they also help choose the product messages you see on this storefront.

Cookies we use

Your cookie choice

What it does
Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies.
When set
Set when you accept or reject optional cookies in the banner.
How long it lasts
Up to 180 days.

Browser ID for product messages

What it does
Keeps a random label for this browser to help product messages stay consistent.
When set
Set only after you accept optional cookies. Reject clears it.
How long it lasts
Up to 180 days, unless you reject sooner.

Your currency choice

What it does
Remembers the currency and region you choose.
When set
Set when you pick a currency or open a link with a region choice.
How long it lasts
Up to 365 days.

Product messages from a link

What it does
Keeps the product-message choice from a link you open.
When set
Set if you accept optional cookies and use a link with these product messages.
How long it lasts
Up to 14 days, or until the link expires, whichever comes first.

Notify me confirmation

What it does
Confirms, for this browser and one piece, that a restock email you asked for was accepted. It holds the piece and a time limit only: no email address, and no STOQ or customer identifier.
When set
Set only after STOQ accepts a Notify me request that matches the one you made. It is needed to show that confirmation, so it does not depend on your optional cookie choice. It is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax: page scripts cannot read it, it travels only over a secure connection to this site, and requests from other sites do not carry it unless you follow a link here.
How long it lasts
Up to 5 minutes.

These are the longest times we ask your browser to keep each cookie. The time starts again when a cookie is set again. A link cookie keeps its link's expiry limit. Your browser may clear cookies sooner.

Your currency choice

This cookie remembers the currency and region you choose. It works whether you accept or reject optional cookies.

Optional product messages

Accepting optional cookies allows a browser ID and, if you use a product-message link, a link cookie. They help choose product messages. The link cookie is used for these messages only while optional cookies are accepted.

Changing your choice

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of the page to reopen the banner. Choosing Reject optional cookies clears the browser ID and stops the link cookie from being used for product messages. It does not delete the link cookie. If you accept again before that cookie expires, this site can use it again for product messages.

Your saved product selection

If you choose Save selection on a product page, this browser saves one product, its selected option, and a quantity of one. This browser storage only helps you reopen checkout review. Saving a selection does not create a cart, reserve items, or store contact or payment details.

When this site reads your saved selection, it checks its age. If it is more than 24 hours old or cannot be used, the site stops using it and tries to remove it from this browser. Old data may stay in your browser until this check runs and removal succeeds.
