Shipping Methods
The Port of Joy delivers parcels worldwide via Bleckmann België N.V. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons, orders might experience a slight delay due to increased demand. Please note that The Port of Joy is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All shipments include an official invoice with the declared value of each item in euros. Sale and discounted items reflect their reduced prices. The value of the goods will be clearly declared on the package’s exterior or accompanying documentation for tax purposes. Once an order is submitted, it can't be canceled, and the delivery address can't be changed. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.
Shipment Tracking
When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. To monitor your shipment, visit the courier’s website and enter the provided tracking number.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed after 3 PM CET or on weekends will be processed the next working day. Estimated delivery times are:
- Belgium: 1-2 working days
- European Union: 2-4 working days
- Rest of the World: 4-8 working days
Important Shipping Information
- Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any applicable import duties incurred for returning the parcel to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from any applicable refund.
- Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) vs. Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU): The Port of Joy offers DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping for select countries, including EU member states, the UK, and the US. This means import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. For other countries operating under DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), customers are responsible for paying any customs, import fees, and taxes upon delivery. These DDU fees are non-refundable.
- Available Shipping Options: All shipping options available for your order and destination will be displayed at checkout.
Returns
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all products purchased through our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery. Return Guidelines
All returns are subject to the following guidelines:
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, neatly packed, and with all tags attached and in protective dust bags.
Customized Items
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Note: If a return does not meet these criteria, The Port of Joy reserves the right to refuse the return and return the item to the customer at their own expense.
Exchanges
We are unable to facilitate direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning your original purchase for a refund. This ensures that your desired item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees and any addition custom fees are non-refundable.
